Our family name is Old! We have been on the
Viveash Ranch since 1932. We are invested
personally and financially and are in it for
the long haul. Our children own our machines,
not the bank. This is who we are.
Douglas Fir Flooring
Douglas Fir grows on the Viveash Ranch between
8000 and 10,500 feet of elevation. The Old
Family owns and operates 2800 acres, 'up-top',
as a certified Tree Farm. Much of our land is
covered in PseudaTsuga Menziesii or, Douglas
Fir.
Our family goal is to
produce a quality floor, priced to compete
nationally. We harvest, cut, dry, machine and
select this wood to make the best floor we
can; One floor at a time. Clear Vertical Grain
or Select Character Grade, your floor will
give you aesthetic pleasure and practical use
for many, many years to come.
We sincerely desire that
this product will give you long term use,
pleasure and satisfaction. We have been
managing this ranch and it's timber our entire
lives and by the grace of God, this flooring
business will allow us to stay here much
longer.
